Jerry YANG has served as our director since September 2014 and previously held the role from October 2005 to January 2012. Since March 2012, Jerry has been the founding partner of AME Cloud Ventures, a venture capital firm. Jerry is also a co-founder of Yahoo! Inc., where he served as Chief Yahoo! and as a member of its board of directors from March 1995 to January 2012. Jerry held the position of Yahoo!’s CEO from June 2007 to January 2009 and served as a director of Yahoo! Japan from January 1996 to January 2012. Jerry also served as an independent director of Cisco Systems, Inc. from July 2000 to November 2012 and Lenovo Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from November 2014 to November 2023. He is currently an independent director of Workday Inc., a company listed on the NYSE. He also serves as a director of various private companies and foundations. Jerry holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Since 2017, he has served on Stanford's board of Trustees, including as board chair from 2021 to 2025. He was previously on Stanford’s board of Trustees from 2005 to 2015, during which he also held the role of vice chair.
